Acer HDR Xpert provides professional performance on High Dynamic Range with vivid black and white contrast. It's the type between local dimming & global dimming. The edge backlight could be divided as several zones which could array in line and analyse the content, figure out where the spots are needed to be dimmed, and then dim the LEDs that are directly behind that part of the screen dynamically & individually by each zones.
