Printer Consumables – Ink & Toner Cartridges
Making I.T. Green branded printer consumables now come with an industry-leading 5-year warranty. This applies to all qualifying items purchased, including previous orders still within their valid warranty period.
We guarantee that our cartridges:
- Deliver the same print quality as the original manufacturer
- Produce the same number of pages as the original
Additional benefits:
- Using our cartridges will not affect your printer’s manufacturer warranty
In the unlikely event that a cartridge damages your printer, we will repair or replace it free of charge subject to corroberating independant engineers report
Hardware – New Products
- All brand-new hardware comes with a 12-month warranty covering parts and labour, unless otherwise stated
- Some products may include extended or on-site manufacturer warranties, in addition to our standard coverage
- Laptops, PCs, and monitors include a 12-month Return-To-Base warranty unless specified
- If a product has remaining manufacturer warranty, you may be asked to contact the manufacturer directly

Warranty Conditions & Exclusions
To ensure coverage:
- Report any damage within 1 working day of delivery
- Warranty does not cover:
- User error
- Un-Authorised / Third-party repairs or upgrades
- Hardware or software modifications causing faults
- We only cover the product as supplied; any changes affecting compatibility are excluded
Non-Returnable Items:
Some products cannot be returned unless faulty or misdescribed:
- Personalised items
- Perishable products
- Special order items
- Health/hygiene sealed items (for example, headphones or personal care products)
Liability Limit:
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or economic losses. Including without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and similar loss), costs, damages, charges or expenses.
- Maximum liability is the price paid for the item
Warranty coverage (area):
- Collections/Returns are restricted to the UK, some restrictions may apply for Highlands & Islands
Items/Orders Excluded from Standard Warranty Terms:
Any items sold or quoted as 'Trade Sales' or orders recieved with the express intention for the provision of resale of goods. For example purchased by a 're-seller'. In these instances we will provide a minimum 30 day Return To Base Warranty ONLY.
